Lenora M. Johnston 54 of Harbor Springs, Michigan daughter of William and Lois Lueb passed away at home with her family on April 16, 2013.
Born in Flint, Michigan she graduated from Holly High School in 1976 where she was a cheerleader. She attended Central Michigan University before moving to Northern Michigan in 1992. She found her professional calling in the title insurance industry, where she ended her more than twenty year career as an escrow officer for Bayview Title, where she worked from 2000 to 2010. Lenora was the ultimate professional and earned the respect of everyone that had the pleasure of working with her. She loved her job and all the people she dealt with. She treated everyone she knew with respect and dignity. She felt a need to always look after everyone she knew even as she struggled with her own health.
Lenora loved all kinds of sports, especially the Detroit Red Wings. A devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend she was an inspiration whose unwavering faith and strength was greatly admired by all of those who knew her while she battled cancer. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband Kevin, daughter Martha and son Kevin of Harbor Springs, mother Lois Lueb of Holly, brothers John and Michael Lueb, sister Sarah Green, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father William and sister Martha.
